Colm O’Cinneide is Professor of Constitutional and Human Rights Law at University College London (UCL). He has published extensively in the fields of equality and human rights law, and was a member of the European Committee on Social Rights (ECSR) for ten years between 2006 and 2016. (Vice-President of the Committee between 2010-2014.) Prof O’Cinneide has also acted as a specialist legal adviser to a range of parliamentary committees and international bodies, including the Joint Human Rights Committee of the UK Parliament, the ILO and the European Commission.
