Bianca Luna’s research interests primarily revolve around the realm of social protection (particularly unemployment insurance and minimum income), politics of labour market policies, eco-social policies and trade union renewal. Bianca Luna is also currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Social Policy at the University of Edinburgh, where she is researching social and labour market policy preferences of trade unions. She holds an MSc in Social Policy Research from the London School of Economics, an MSc in Comparative Public Policy from the University of Edinburgh, and a BA in European Studies from the University of Milan.
Prior to joining the ETUI, she served as an Assistant to a Member of the European Parliament and as a Communication Manager for the European Network for Women in Leadership.
