Silvia Rainone

Silvia is a researcher at the ETUI covering developments in EU labour and social policy. She is a labour lawyer with an interest on the future of work, digitalisation and the impact of European economic governance on labour policies. In her work, she currently explores the social dimension of the NextGeneration EU as well as the implication of the digital transition for the scope of labour rights. She is affiliated to the Institute for Labour Law at KU Leuven and is part of the coordinating committee of the European Lawyers for Workers Network. Silvia holds a PhD in European labour law jointly issued by Tilburg University and KU Leuven.
