Agnieszka Piasna is a senior researcher in the Economic, Employment and Social Policies Unit at the ETUI. She is a labour sociologist, with an interest in job quality, labour market policies and regulation, digitalisation, and gender equality. At the ETUI, she currently coordinates research activities in the framework of the ETUI Internet and Platform Work Survey, develops the European Job Quality Index, and carries out research on working time reduction. She has been an expert advisor to the Eurofound, European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), European Statistical Advisory Committee (ESAC), Eurostat, and ETUC. She holds a PhD in sociology from the University of Cambridge.
